1. Ceramic dry pressing
Dry press molding uses pressure to compress ceramic powder into a shaped body. 2. Ceramic injection molding
This type of molding is similar to plastic molding. It is a new process for preparing ceramic parts by combining the polymer injection molding method with the ceramic preparation process. It mainly produces small precision ceramic parts with complex shapes, precise dimensions or with inserts, which has high production efficiency. However, its feeding formula, mixing and mold development are difficult. The mold design and injection filling effect directly affect the quality of green part.
3. Ceramic casting molding
Tape casting is an important forming method for thin-film ceramic materials.It has the advantages of high speed, high degree of automation, high efficiency,uniform structure and good product quality. Tape casting has become the main way to produce multilayer capacitors and multilayer ceramic substrates.
